Abstract
Service design methodologies are inherently boundary-crossing.
Tools such as blueprints, personas and prototypes travel well
beyond conventional design contexts. Can they become instruments
for intervening in complex social and economic challenges?
This article reflects on that potential through the fieldnotes of
community engagement carried out in Aalborg, Denmark.
