Abstract
Service design is often used to improve journeys, touchpoints and
experiences. But in emerging contexts such as wellness, education,
coaching and AI-enabled support, services increasingly promise to
change behaviour, build capability and shape life conditions. This
expanded influence demands a sharper ethics of transformation.
