Abstract
What happens when service design looks at its own future
with less attachment to its methods, titles and familiar stories?
This article uses Touchpoint for the opening move in an AI-first
co-creation process: let AI go first, publish the first analysis
as a deliberately imperfect ‘shitty first draft’ and then invite
you, the SDN community, to challenge, correct and extend it.
