Abstract
Services shape – and are shaped by – the systems within which they operate. The ‘Service Design for Good’ (SD4G) framework for impact and systems-oriented service design is grounded in the author’s lived design practice in collaboration with international NGOs. It invites service designers to map barriers, explore unintended consequences and co-create long-term positive outcomes.
